Valeri Bendianishvili

Valeri Bendianishvili is the Managing Partner of Business Setup Georgia LLC and an experienced lawyer who has been a member of the Georgian Bar Association since 2006. His legal career began in 2004, when he worked as an assistant investigator at the District Prosecutor’s Office of Mtatsminda-Krtsanisi in Tbilisi, Georgia.

Valeri Bendianishvili graduated from Tbilisi State University, where he obtained a master’s degree in jurisprudence. He has also completed specialized courses in International Accounting Standards and Taxation, as well as professional training in areas including Practical Skills of a Business Lawyer, Insurance Law and Practice, Civil Law, and other relevant fields. His broad legal background enables him to provide professional advice and practical assistance to businesses and investors across a range of legal matters.

In addition to his native Georgian, Valeri Bendianishvili is proficient in English and Russian, allowing him to effectively communicate with and assist international investors and business professionals who speak these languages.
